Sid's library card is finally clear. We had borrowed some photo/video books and one I returned late. I knew I returned it. But we started getting hate mail from the library saying that he owed $50+ and if the bill wasn't paid it would reported on his credit. Can you believe that?! So, I went from branch to branch to branch looking for this doggone book, but you know I never found it. That was some months ago. Today we decided to just go and pay the money - it burned me to think about my money going to waste like that but what else could we do? Hubby went to pay and they told him the total due was $7. $7! Why? Because they found the book! Thanks for letting us know.
